Refund Policy

Eligibility window
You may request a refund within 5 days of your purchase date (the date shown on your Stripe receipt).
Conditions
Because AutoTradeX is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are granted only where the product has been genuinely used and has not performed. A refund request must show that:
- You installed and ran AutoTradeX on a live (real-funds) trading account — demo accounts do not qualify;
- The bot traded for at least 3 consecutive trading days (days the market was open) within the 5-day window; and
- The bot produced a net loss across those 3 consecutive trading days.
Valid proof
Submit all of the following, unedited:
- Your MT5 account history screenshots covering the 3 consecutive trading days, showing the account number, dates, trades, and running balance;
- A screenshot of the chart with AutoTradeX attached (showing the bot's status panel); and
- Your Stripe receipt or order email.
We may ask for a read-only investor login to verify the history if the screenshots are inconclusive; refusal to verify may void the claim.
What is not covered
Losses caused by manually closing the bot's trades, changing settings mid-trade, disabling the built-in protections, running the bot outside the documented setup (wrong file placement, Algo Trading off), broker-side issues, or trading on demo accounts.
How to submit
Email your proof to autotradex.09@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" within the 5-day window. Claims are reviewed and answered within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe (typically 5–10 business days to appear).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a card dispute — we resolve legitimate claims faster than the chargeback process.
