Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AutoTradeX ("we", "us"), based in Canada, collects when you use this website or buy our product, and what we do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• When you buy:your email address and the payment details you enter on Stripe's checkout page. Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe — it never touches our servers and we cannot see it.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in the message (for refunds, that includes trading screenshots you choose to send).
• When you browse: we do not run advertising trackers and do not use cookies for tracking. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and rate-limiting.

What we use it for

• Delivering your purchase by email and re-sending it if needed;
• Answering support requests and processing refund claims;
• Preventing fraud and abuse (rate limiting, payment verification);
• Meeting legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending your delivery email), and our hosting provider. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete anything beyond what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to explain how it has been used. Email autotradex.09@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or your local data-protection authority in the EU).

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
